Fixed Crowns provides educational leaders and organizations innovative solutions to difficult challenges by pioneering change initiatives that lead to growth and well-being. The process of change is possible because of our "fixed" identity in Christ bestowed by a loving Father who "crowns" his children with royal status.

As image bearers of God, Christian institutions are made up of Christian individuals called to reflect his goodness and peace in a chaotic and disordered world. When challenges arise, a strategic partnership with an outside consultant offers insights and solutions that point towards a thriving landscape. At Fixed Crowns we call this a little "straightening of the crown."
