My Approach

Thriving institutions exist because of thriving individuals. My coaching and consulting approach seeks each individual's and institution's purpose within God's grand story of creation, fall, redemption, and restoration. As we "partner" and "pioneer" solutions that lead to "prosperity" for all, I guide team members to what I call, "a little straightening of their crowns" by generating strategies that renew minds and foster possibilities.

My Training and Experience

​

God bestowed talent—honed by ministry involvement, academic training, and life and leadership experiences—offers a host of generative strategies that lead to growth for institutions and their leaders. I earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Education from Shasta Bible College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. The prestigious Howard Hendricks Award for Excellence in Teaching along with a Master of Theology (Th.M) was earned from Dallas Theological Seminary. I furthered my education by studying educational leadership and coaching at the doctoral level at Louisiana State University at Shreveport. Developing creative solutions to challenging and complex problems was cultivated while teaching and leading for twenty-five years in Christian education. As an educational leader, I served in academic, operational, and development roles in K-12 schools. In each role, I empowered others through an understanding of their calling and  gifts within the organization. My unique gifts and passions, educational experiences, and theological training, integrated with leadership and coaching preparation at the doctoral level, provide coaching and consulting services you can trust.
