Habits of mindfulness and stress management will be explored along with sleep, eating, and exercise patterns. Cultivating a joy-filled life in the Lord requires a holistic approach to well-being.

    Once you register, you will receive your course materials by email. This is a self-paced course. Take your time, it is not a race. Growth takes place in incremental steps towards new mindsets. 

  • Eligible Individual Coaching Sessions

    With the purchase of this course, one-on-one individual coaching sessions are available for $35 for 1/2 hour with the coach. These sessions allow you to explore and dive deeper into areas of growth uncovered in your self-directed coaching sessions.

  • Course Outline

    In a culture obsessed with “self,” what is all this talk about self-care? Is it biblical? Join my on a journey to better understand the importance of self-care from a biblical perspective on leadership. In this course you will explore why caring for yourself is necessary as we reflect on human limitations as a gift, while uncovering tools to prioritize physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

    Part One: a biblical exploration of our humanity through the humanity of Christ

    Part Two: spiritual well-being and the bursts of joy that sustain us—die to the “old” and put on the “new”

    Part Three: enhanced physical health through body care and positivity–sleep, diet, and exercise with a twist

    Part Four: experiencing dimension of wellness in emotional and mental health—mood patterns and coping with stress using tools of mindfulness

    Part Five: review self-care coaching tools and creating a wellness tracker
